CycleScheme - get a bike tax free

You can save up to 50% on the cost of a bike and safety equipment, thanks to a partnership between RIDE and CycleScheme.

Who are Cyclescheme?
Cyclescheme is the UK's number one provider of tax-free bikes for the Government's Cycle to Work initiative. It's a brilliant programme where everyone wins - employees make big savings on new bikes, employers get a healthier workforce and save money too!

Who can get a bike?
Employees paying PAYE, who are over 18 years old, earn more than the National Minimum Wage after the loan repayment has been deducted, and have completed the employer's probationary period (if applicable).

How much can I save?
Typical savings are between 30% and 50%., but the actual amount you pay depends on your personal tax band, and the way your company runs the scheme

Can I get any bike?
You can choose any bike providing your chosen Cyclescheme partner can supply it.

What do I need to do?
Simply ensure your employer has entered into a contract with Cyclescheme. Then choose your bike and safety equipment, fill out the paper work and hand it into your employer. Cyclescheme will then invoice your company and provide a voucher. You then bring your voucher to the shop and collect your bike.

Is there a credit check?
There is no credit check
