Ritch Hilton-Foster Partner - Ritch has worked in the action sports industry for over 20 years. A retired windsurf competitor, and keen triathlon competitor in his younger days he can be found on either his road or mountain bike if you can get up early enough! He has two other passions, windsurfing and snowboarding. Ritch has been in the snowboarding industry since the mid 80's and is an ex' Val D'Isere seasonaire. His passions are now rubbing off on his kids, they are both snowboarding at 8 years old! |

Jon Hayes Workshop Manager Jon, one of the South’s best mechanics has been with the business for 3 years and has over 20 years experience in road and mountain bike riding and racing. He can be found most evenings on either his road or mountain bike and still competes in a large number of races each year, including the TransRockies event in Canada. Jon’s also spent many seasons being the mechanic on the 'Animal' world cup team. |

Andy Phillips Our newest member of the team, Andy Phillips, joined us in March 2010. Andy, also known as one of the South’s best mechanics, brings with him 15 years of industry knowledge and experience. Not only has Andy previously competed at national level in cross country, but now competes in his rally car with nationally renound rider, Stuart Bowers. |

Dave Padfield Dave crossed from the world of IT to work at RIDE in September 09. Although new to the shop, he has over 25 years experience in riding and windsurfing, ten of those winters spent living in the Caribbean. More into fun racing than professionally competing, Dave’s greatest achievements are being chased by baboons in South Africa and generating some of the most spectacular crashes we’ve ever seen. |
